Plus I need to sell my Ruger 10/22 Sporter Deluxe that has a factory Triple A Fancy Black Walnut stock with bright Fiddleback thru & thru on both sides, SR # is 117-381xx. To fund all this I'm going to sell both my 1973 limited production Marlin 39 "D" Model Carbine SR #271433XX."D" Model 39's were only made for 3 years I'm told, in 1972,'73 and '74. Then a CZ 453 American or Lux preferably in 17Mach2 or HMR, but gotta concentrate on the LR/L/S Marlin first.ģ.

I am also looking for a couple 7, 8, 9 series Marlin BA 22 Rimfires in tube fed only both in WinMg & LR/L/S for a couple hard core tree rat guns. Absolute 4 shot bugholes using 120gr Sierra PH's over RL19!Ģ. My old 6.5x55 Swede T3 Hunter Grade is still at Best Pawn in Sherman. Then the decison to either hang with the 9.3's or drop into couple different 338's for short under 300 yards in a Fed and longer ranges in a WMg if I don't come up with a decent 30 cal shooter for either side of that 180/200 gr speed and distance requirement.ġ. Anybody wanna swap a '06 or 300Whizzum dead up face to face for my T3 SS/syn 270 and all my 270 supplies? I could do ? BACO Winchesters, Tikka's or mebbe a Ruger, just not a fan of anything Big Green makes.even finally got rid of my ancient old 870 for a Benelli. Plus I can now get a B&C Medallist camo stock for a T3 from Stocky's, and some other upgrades in the trigger guard, bolt shroud and matching colored bolt handle. Then I'll prolly come out of the 270 T3 SS/syn (or move to a similar 30 cal) and just use it as a beater since it does shoot pretty decent and the loads are easy for 300 yard shots, and I've got a ton of 270 boolitz with 7-800 on hand.
Last fall I swapped into a killer looking SAKO 85 Hunter 260 as the bottom of the caliber range.and mebbe add a 264WMg since I am seeing some stuff that is claimed to push 140's at 33-3400 fps. But the days of trying to manage a reloading bench for 5-6 calibers is long gone. I'm going to get down to 3 calibers over the next year or so - with mebbe mulitple guns in a given pending on my "play money". My CZ 550 9.3 American is prolly going to go away and be replaced by 'nuther 9.3 as a twin to whatever I put togther as the "every day" shooter. TX_LT What a super looking example of quality work. I have a new and unused Whitworth Express Rifle Safari Grade stock spotted too.if I don't go to sleep on that one too. 60k+ PSI in the build is the goal for 3000+fps in 200 gr 30'06's or similar in 338'06 in a 24" barrel.
Looking for the 3rd locking lug on the bottom of the bolt in either a small ring or large ring '98 action.
no slave labor in the foundry's pizzing in the steel on these post war Mauser's.and too much involved to get back to even with a Husqvarna using a VZ24 Czech Mauser. but make a sweeeet custom as the Husky's handfinished metal work inside and out are awesome.ans very simlar to preGarcia SAKO's finish wise and use the same Bofor's Steel from the special iron ore mined only in Sweden.Ĭould also use a FN Supreme or Whitworth Mark X or even a '50's era side safety Churchill or Parker Hale 1200 if I could get it cheap enough. and hopefully with the TradeWinds adjustable trigger in place as SR'98's are a PIA to change triggers on. do you know which model it was? Husqvarna Crown on the receiver top? Commercial or military refurb? '94, '96, Model 38-'96 pre war mil-surps or Post war sporter? Did it have a '98 (Win M70 Classic CRF)styled claw extractor? Do you know the diff's of a 640? 1640? 5000? 8000? action? A small ring '98 1640 receiver is exactly what I am looking for. TT, I'm looking for a particular Husky to use as a donor since like a major DA I missed the small ring '98 Commerc'l I was looking at couple months ago.
